Simultaneously Ring Desk Phone At Office And At Home

How to make your second phone ring with your office phone.

These instructions assume that both phones are already configured and assigned to your extension.

Instructions

  1. Login to your portal.
  2. Click Answering Rules at the top.
  3. Click on the right side of the screen.
  4. Check the following boxes:






  5. Click
  6. Both phones will now ring simutaneously.
