Scheduled Maintenance - 2019-10-29 & 2019-10-30

Please be advised that celito will be performing voice maintenance during off-peak hours. Note the time below when this maintenance event will occur, as well as the expected impact.

WHEN

Phase 1:
Start Time: Tuesday Oct 29, 2019 - 10:30pm ET
End Time: Wednesday Oct 30, 2019 - 6:00am ET

Phase 2:
Start Time: Wednesday Oct 30, 2019 - 10:30pm ET
End Time: Thursday Oct 31, 2019 - 6:00am ET

PURPOSE

All celitoVoice servers will receive software upgrades to apply bug-fixes, increase security, and enable new features

IMPACT

Any calls that are active on a particular server while it receives the upgrade will be dropped Upgrades will be staggered across the servers so that the system remains online throughout the maintenance window

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

There will be some minor visual changes to the web portal after the updates are applied (does not apply to PRI/SIP clients)

Additional maintenance will be scheduled in the near future for continued upgrades and to activate new features

To monitor the status of this maintenance, visit http://status.celito.net. Updates will be posted at the beginning and end of the upgrades, as well as during the testing phases as necessary.

FAQ

Q: What if my phones are not working when I return to work?
A: Begin by visiting http://status.celito.net to confirm that the maintenance is complete and there are no known issues. If your internet is working but your phones are down, try restarting your phones. If you are still having trouble, contact celito support using the information below.

Q: Will the phones be down for the whole maintenance window?
A: A call that is active on the system may get dropped during the upgrade, but phones will failover to our redundant servers. The length of the maintenance window allows for testing and verification. Due to staggered upgrades, the system will remain online at all times.

Q: Will I need to do anything on my side after the update?
A: There are no changes required by you.
