New celito accounts are created at your request, with a password, and require monthly service.
You may optionally add an email address or remove the email address from your account at any time. Email addresses are only used for sending notifications that you request and password resets. We don’t send promotional emails to these email addresses.
As a carrier, per FCC 47 C.F.R. §42.6 requirements, we store information about your call history for a minimum of 18 months. This information is accessable and viewable to you through the app. We also collect anonymous statistics using Google Analytics when visiting our website.
If you upload files to celito, we need to store them until you delete them.

You may access or change your information from the celito iOS app or celitoVoice web portal, and you may delete your account from the celitoVoice web portal.
Deleted information may be kept in backups for up to 90 days. Backups are only accessed if needed for disaster recovery.
celito may delete your information at any time and for any reason, such as technical needs, legal concerns, abuse prevention, removal of idle accounts, data loss, or any other reason.
celito may display links and content from third-party sites. These have their own independent privacy policies, and we have no responsibility or liability for their content or activities.
We comply with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
We never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.
By using celito and providing your information, you authorize us to collect, use, and store your information outside of the European Union.
