There are several websites to dispute the SPAM designation. Once the form has been filled out and the number submitted, due to cached results in the end user's phones the updated results might not show for you immediately and could take up to a few days to appear correctly. The SPAM designation dispute is better done by the owner of the number due to there are business and call nature specific questions in the dispute process.
