====== Park Feature Outage - 2019-02-21 - RESOLVED ====== This issue has been resolved. At 12:02PM on 2019-02-21 we began experiencing issues with the [[how_do_i_use_the_call_park_feature_on_a_yealink|visual Call Park]] feature available on Yealink phones. ===== Symptoms ===== When attempting to use the "Park" button on a Yealink phone it may be slow to load or it may fail to load entirely. This issue is intermittent. ===== Cause ===== This is being caused by network connectivity issues at an offsite hosted server where the Park script executes from. The host is aware of the problems and is currently investigating. ===== Workaround ===== Calls may still be parked by pressing *** (the star key 3 times quickly). You will then hear through the ear piece what park slot the call is on. The call can then be retrieved by dialing that park slot from any phone. ===== Status ===== Resolved
